- Remove all debris from gutters, downpipes, roof & valleys on common property

- Remove and refit any existing gutter guard as necessary to facilitate removal of accumulated debris underneath gutter guard

- Check all downpipes and flush as necessary (Does not include the disassembling and reassembling of downpipes to clear severe blockages or blockages at storm-water level)

- Clean up at ground level (Not including debris that is already on site when we arrive)

-Remove any accumulated debris from site

- Supply before and after digital photos

- This gutter guard screws to the lip of the gutter and tucks under the second row of tiles (tiled roof) or screws to the roof sheets with a profiled matching saddle (metal roof)

- This is a permanant gutter guard that is very effective as it does not allow large debris (other than silt,pollen,dust ect) into the gutters like the standard style.

- This style of gutter guard will need to be cleaned but at longer intervals than the standard tuck in style.

- Mesh and trim can be colour matched to the roof sheets and the gutter colours.

-Warranty for (POLY) gutter guard is 10 years and 15 years for aluminium bush fire rated gutter guard

- This gutter guard sits tightly in the gutter in-between the front upper lip of the gutter, the protruding edge of the roofing substrate and the bottom rear corner of the gutter.

- This allows for quick and cost-effective removal and refitting of the guard as necessary to facilitate the future removal of debris that will eventually accumulate both on top of and underneath all gutter guard systems.

- It will not replace regular gutter cleaning but will keep most fresh leaves out of gutters and down-pipes for a longer period of time, allowing the roof and gutter system to continue shedding rainwater.

Solar Panel Mesh is an excellent way to protect your panels from potential damage from wildlife. Rodents, Birds, or just any debris can easily get under the panels and cause damage or leaks. We offer PVC or wire mesh, which can easily be installed around the perimeter of the solar panels. It will prevent damage to wiring, corrosion to your roof, and stop animals using your panels as their homes.

If branches are overhanging or pushing on your roof or guttering it can cause serious damage and also impede access to the gutter for cleaning.

We offer a tree trimming only around the roof and gutter edges to allow access and to prevent damage.
